Terms of Use
The plain-English rules for using Baskin Logic Body, including the members classroom when it opens.
1. Free to read
The lessons, tools, plans and your progress tracker are free and open to everyone. You don’t need an account or a card to use them. The free lessons stay open to everyone. Your tool inputs, plans and progress are saved only in your browser on your device (see the Privacy Notice).
2. Education only
Everything here is education, not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Talk to your clinician before you start or change training, nutrition or injury rehab, and stop if something hurts. Your clinician’s advice wins over anything on this site. See the Disclaimer.
3. The members classroom
The members area is not open yet. When it opens, the full classroom is for members: 7 days free with a card on file, then USD $5 a month. Cancel anytime.
- Who can join: people in the United States.
- Card required: the 7-day free trial starts only with a payment card on file. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- Billing: Stripe runs checkout and billing for us. After the trial, the plan renews every month at USD $5 (plus any tax required) until you cancel. Stripe shows the exact first charge date before you start.
- Cancel anytime: online, from “Manage / cancel” on your Members page. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. When you cancel, no further charges are made, and you keep access until the end of the period you already have.
- Payment problems: if a payment fails, classroom access pauses until the payment is fixed.
- Sign-in: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Don’t share it. Links work once and expire after 15 minutes.
4. Using the content
Lessons, text, plans and graphics are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell or republish them. Stock photos and video are licensed and illustrative. They do not show Joshua Baskin.
5. Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. A price change never applies to a period you already paid for.
